Charles Ginner Isaac (1878-1952), is a British artist born in France and that will end his life in England. During its existence, it was an official painter of the English government and had to specialties landscapes and urban scenes. Charles Ginner Isaac was inspired by the Serpentine, an artificial lake of 11 hectares located in Hyde Park.
